INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF WEB USERS' PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
In this information notice, provided in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as updated by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, the operations performed on the personal data of users collected when accessing, browsing and using the services of this website (https://www.leonimpianti.it/, hereinafter the Site) are described, and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links on the site itself.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and is carried out by the Company's staff and/or by duly appointed external maintenance and updating staff. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request services, performances or information are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested or providing the information requested and are communicated to duly appointed third parties only if necessary for that purpose.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA 
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer offences against the site or the Data Controller: apart from this eventuality, at present, data on web contacts do not persist beyond the time limits laid down by law. 

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or filling in the form in the specific sections with the mandatory and optional fields, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's information and address, which is necessary to respond to requests for services and/or information. For this data, and limited to the aforementioned purpose, it is not necessary to request consent.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
By means of the functions on Leoni Impianti S.r.l.'s website, the user may give his/her personal information that may make him/her identifiable and which may be processed in order to handle his/her requests. Among the information that may be requested are, by way of example but not limited to, personal data such as:

- Message left by the user
- Curriculum (if uploaded by the user)
- The time and date the user made the request

COOKIES
No personal user data is acquired by the site in this regard.
Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracing users, used. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

OPTIONAL DATA CONTRIBUTION
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data for the request for services and/or information. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by the data controller and by duly appointed data processors for the correct fulfilment of the stated purposes by means of electronic instruments and paper-based archives, as well as with the use of security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of personal data and preventing unauthorised access. The data controller does not make use of automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this notice.

TERMS OF THE PROCESSING
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, for no longer than 2 years from the acquisition of the data for processing purposes.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Pursuant to Articles 15 - 22 of the G.D.P.R., the interested party has the right to request from the data controller access to or rectification or erasure of his/her personal data or restriction of the processing of his/her personal data, or to object to the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the right to request the portability of the data.
The request may be made by email or by fax or by registered mail with the subject: ‘request by the data subject’ specifying in the request the right that the data subject wishes to exercise (deletion, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid email/pec address to which the reply should be sent.
The data controller or anyone appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Should the reply be complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely notice to the data subject himself.
Should you consider it appropriate to assert your rights, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the national Privacy Guarantor, based in Piazza Venezia, 11 - 00187 Rome.
